• Murray Carter (MB) will replace Cam Evans in U-23 World Championship Road Race this Friday in Hamilton. Carter and his family were enroute to Hamilton when they heard the word. Luckily Murray had brought his bike along!


• CC Editor, Rob Jones stopped by the CBC trailer and base of operations this morning before the start of today's races. IMPRESSIVE! is the most operative description. 100 TV monitors, a staff of 150 and a 6 figure budget. The Belgian team stopped by yesterday on a quick tour and they commented that is is the most ambitious venture to cover World's that they had ever seen. Kudo's to CBC.


• Condolences to Tim and Lister Farrar on the passing of their mother. The Farrar family has a long history of involvement in cycling in Ontario.
