Victoria Hosts 2004 ProBike/ProWalk Conference
North America's largest cycling and walking conference is going to be held in Victoria, B.C. in 2004. The conference, which attracts federal and local bicycle coordinators, engineers, planners, health care researchers, law enforcement personnel and leaders of cycling and walking advocacy organizations from across North America is scheduled to take place in Victoria on September 7th to 10th, 2004.
Team Transfers
Bart Brentjens, the 1996 Olympic champion (and currently world ranked number 1) has signed with the German T-Mobile squad for 2003-2004. Anne-Caroline Chausson, the downhill and 4-X world champion, has signed with the French Commencal squad for 2003, after the demise of the Volvo-Cannondale team.
