Cyclocross Nationals
Information supplied by Productions Cyclobros
This year's Canadian Cyclocross Championship will be held in Quebec City, November 3rd. You will find all the information on the website or you can drop us a line at canadacx2002@yahoo.ca
Lyne Bessette, Marie-Helene Premont are already registered, some Americans, 5 cyclists from Moldova have expressed interest in coming, as well as riders from France and Belgium.
There will be prize money for elite men and women and merchandise prizes for the other categories.
There will also be a HUGE BBQ and the biggest after race party you've ever seen!
The course is 3km long with a mix of grass, asphalt, gravel, BMX track (oh yeah!!) with a lot of off camber and tight turns , a couple of fast straight lines and a really bumpy section too. Oh! and there are stairs to climb too!
There is inexpensive (cheap) dormitory rooms on site with a cafeteria, as well as lots of restaurants close by, the greatest night life is 15min away from race course in the heart of Quebec city walls. The airport is just 10 min away from race course.
If you don't come to race, at least come to see and have fun!
Peace on dirt!
Benoit, Bruno & Guillaume
Happy (Belated) Birthday to..... Buck Miller, who celebrated a birthday yesterday.
