Service for Joe Hailey

A funeral service for fallen rider Joe Hailey will be held at 10 AM on Saturday April 13, 2002 in West Vancouver, BC at St. Anthony's Church.

A group of marketing students at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) in Burnaby, BC have put together a survey and have asked us to assist them by providing access to the survey and space on the Canadian Cyclist website.
Norco has come on board with assistance by providing prize packages as incentive for people to participate.
