Adam Coates was announced the SaskSport Youth Male Athlete of the Year last night in Regina at a gala awards banquet with 700 people in attendance.

On hand to observe Adam receiving his award were his family, his coach Irene Kokotailo, and a group of fellow cyclists.

Adam was one of 3 finalists announced in January by SaskSport, the organization that works with sport, culture, recreation and community groups throughout the province.


IMBA Sprockids 2002 Curriculum now Available

In 2001 IMBA and Sprockids joined forces to create IMBA Sprockids, a complete youth mountain biking program that provides an award winning provide curriculum and a wide variety of resources to help schools, clubs and community groups start successful kids mountain biking programs.

Since August IMBA Sprockids has helped groups launch more than 40 Sprockids clubs across North America, Europe and Asia.
