New Team for Perras

Dominique Perras has found a new European team to replace the Noble team he was signed with and that collapsed (see Daily News December 6/00 and February 26/01).

"I just arrived in Lausanne, and will race for the TT3 Ficonseils-RCC Assurances. The team programme is mainly of UCI races of category 1.4, 1.5, 2.4, 2.5 .

In the upcoming weeks, I shall compete in 2 National races and then Tour de Berne (1.4) in Switzerland,then a few one day races (1.5) in Poland, Austria and then Tour of Slovenia and Tour of Ireland. In June, the team shall compete in a few more one day race in Switzerlandbefore coming to GP de Beauce.

I have an agreement so I am free to leave if I get a better offer from a TT2, if this does not materialize I will probably finish the season here."
