The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has announced the full schedule for Tokyo Games, which were postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic. For the most part, the schedule will be very similar to the original schedule.
The cycling events schedule:

Saturday, July 24th - Men's Road Race
Sunday, July 25th - Women's Road Race
Wednesday, July 28th, Women's and Men's Time Trial
Mountain Bike
Monday, July 26th - Men's Cross-country
Tuesday, July 27th - Women's Cross-country
Track
Monday, August 2nd - Women's Team Sprint & Team Pursuit Qualifying; Women's Team Sprint First Round & Final; Men's Team Pursuit Qualifying
Tuesday, August 3rd - Women's Team Pursuit First Round & Final; Men's Team Pursuit first Round; Men's Team Sprint Qualifying, First round & Final
Wednesday, August 4th - Men's Sprint Qualifying, 1/32 & 1/16 Rounds; Women's Keirin First Round & Repechage; Men's Team Pursuit Final
Thursday, August 5th - Men's Omnium (all 4 events); Men's Sprint 1/8 & 1/4 finals; Women's Keirin 1/4 Final, Semifinal & Final
Friday, August 6th - Women's Sprint Qualifying, 1/32 & 1/16 Rounds; Women's Madison; Men's Sprint semifinals & Finals
Saturday, August 7th - Women's Sprint 1/8 & 1/4 Finals; Men's Keirin First Round & Repechage; Men's Madison
