U.S.-based Hagens Berman, known for their men's Continental squad, has announced the formation of a women's team for 2016. A number of riders are coming over from the BMW-Happy Tooth team, including Canada's Shoshauna Routley. The team will be called Hagens Berman | Supermint Pro Cycling Team. The team will also partner with the Italian-based Conceria Zabri team, so riders can race in Europe.
