Cycling Canada press officer Guy Napert-Frenette and wife Margo celebrated the birth of their first child last night at 11:39 pm local time in Calgary.  Daughter Elodie Mae measures 6 pounds, 13 ounces and 49.5 cm.  Congratulations Guy and Margo.
