Pacific Cycling Centre has partnered with West Coast Cycle for Sight for its first annual event, to be held Saturday, June 7th, in Langley, BC. The one-day cycling event is in support of the Foundation for Fighting Blindness.
Houshang Amiri, head coach of PCC , has designed two training plans for the ride, which has four distance options. The training plans are 14 weeks in duration and will prepare riders for a 33 - 66 kilometre ride and a 99 - 132 kilometre ride. Go to Cycle for Sight Training to view the plans.
