We're looking for a Service Manager/Lead Mechanic for our West Vancouver location. This is a senior position in a busy shop. Customer experience is key in this location, so a friendly personality and the ability to multi-task is imperative. The ideal candidate will have strong road bike experience as well as experience managing a service department including, warranty, small parts ordering, staff training and fitting.
