Milton preparing bid for Pan Am velodrome
The Pan Am Games aren’t coming to the GTA for another four years, but competition has already begun - Milton council has decided to go up against Vaughan in a bid to host the velodrome events in 2015.

It would be located on a five acre parcel of land within the 150-acre Milton Education Village, where Wilfrid Laurier University and the town are planning to build a campus once the province gives them final approval, which is expected by the spring.
