Two of the biggest race nights at the Forest City Velodrome in London, Ontario, take place this weekend for the CanAmQue Challenge. On Friday night the action kicks off with 23 Madison teams entered in three divisions. All teams will line up based on the ability of the riders.
All of the riders will recover overnight to get ready for the CanAmQue Challenge, a 138 lap feature event. Qualifying for the Challenge will go through four heat races, two Semi-Finals, then a last chance qualifier, just to see who the top 14 riders will be to contest the 138 lapper.
Already the FCV has over $350.00 in primes for the Madison races and the Challenge on Saturday night. Prizes are still coming in ... who knows what the end value will be. The FCV will also have gift certificates for the youth racers who will be entertaining the crowd during the 3 hours of racing.
If you need to get your racing fix, then the Forest City Velodrome is the place to be this weekend. Racing starts at 7:00 pm both nights, with Adult admission $10.00, Seniors $5.00, kids are always "FREE".
We promise the "Greatest Show on Wood"
