On a course described by some of the participants as one of the most difficult of the season, Charles Dionne (Fly V Australia) won the 5th and final stage of the 2009 Tour de Quebec. Josh Dillon (BikeReg.com / Cannondale) won the overall and Dionne took both the Points and KOM overall classification.
