Ride to Conquer Cancer Seminars at Bike Sports
Courtesy Richard Drydak
My name is Richard Drydak and we're conducting cycling seminars to assist participants at any cycling ride, and specifically for The Ride to Conquer Cancer (RTCC). I'm a participant and an RTCC Training Ride Leader, and have found that many riders could benefit from general guidelines to help them prepare and handle these kinds of rides. We're hoping to provide some basics so riders can eliminate some of the unknowns and potential fears to help them complete such rides more enjoyably and hopefully continue cycling afterwards.
The first this Saturday (January 10th), in Newmarket at Bike Sports. Tom Zielinski, the owner of Bike Sports and a previous Polish National Team member, has kindly donated his facility and time on this project.
We will be holding our second seminar on February 7th, in Newmarket.
