Beaver Valley Downhill Daze, Ontario A complete weekend of gravity assistance. Members of the ODDA (Ont. Downhill and Dual Slalom Alliance) will be presenting a DH Skills Clinic on Saturday, July 26th. Late in the afternoon is a Dual Slalom. Pasta pigout and camping are available on Saturday night. The highlight of the weekend is the Downhill on Sunday. Beaver Valley has one of the highest verticals in Ontario and the DH course is well over a kilometre long. Practice runs all morning long, with the racing starting at 1:00pm. Directions to Beaver Valley Ski Club - Take Highway 10 to Highway 89. Go west on 89 to Shelburne. Go north on Highway 24. Turn left (west) on Highway 4 and travel to Regional Road 13. Turn north (right) onto RR 13 and go through Eugenia. The road will start to drop into the valley from Eugenia.
