We just got the word a few minutes ago from Hank Sydor that Paola Pezzo has won the Vail World Cup (#8 in the series). She extended her lead over second place Ruthie Matthes from 50 seconds to 2:38, and cruised looking „pretty fresh‰. Behind Matthes, Tammy Jacques managed to overtake Alison Dunlap for third place. Top Canadian was Lesley Tomlinson (Kona), in 6th, with Chrissy redden moving up to 11th and Melanie McQuaid (Rocky Mountain) dropping back slightly to 15th.
